Individual counselling and psychotherapy

I am a British-trained, established BACP Accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor (MBACP) with an extensive experience in treating complex mental health conditions. I also have a special interest in the treatment of Trauma and Dissociation.

In my practice I draw from principles of both traditional talking therapies and somatic approaches adapted to individual needs. My initial training was integrative (a blend of traditional approaches such as psychodynamic, existential and humanistic). I have also trained in Sensorimotor Therapy, an approach that includes neurosciences, mindfulness and somatic interventions to treat PTSD and dissociation.

I have an established private practice offering online and in-person sessions. I have previously worked for the NHS and in the charity sector.

I work with adults of all ages and from all walks of life.
